Why we exist

The marketing scene in Zürich feels disconnected. We’ve been there: attending event after event, only to leave craving deeper connections and more meaningful conversations.

After speaking with fellow marketers, we realised we all want the same thing: a space where we can share ideas, learn from each other, and grow together.

That’s why we created Collective 57. A community where collaboration sparks creativity, insights flow freely, and growth feels natural. Together, we’re redefining what marketing spaces can be.

Meet the Makers

  • A true European, Josh is a marketer who thrives on big ideas, creative storytelling, and bringing people together. With experience spanning startups to established companies, he’s passionate about finding the magic where strategy meets creativity. Josh is all about helping brands find their position and voice—and empowering others to do the same.

  • Originally from Ireland, Sadhbh comes from the dynamic PR and digital marketing scene. Creativity, strategy, and curiosity define her approach to marketing. Born and raised in the agency world, she believes in empowering brands to tell authentic stories that inspire, engage, and bring people together.
